Eligibility

LL.B. degree from a reputed institution.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in legal practice, preferably with exposure to corporate, technology, and compliance matters.
Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology contracts.

Ensuring compliance with global data privacy and regulatory frameworks.

Supporting corporate governance and policy development.

Managing dispute resolution and coordinating with external counsel.
