About the Opportunity
Shraff Legal, Advocates, led by Advocate Vinay Shraff, is inviting applications for internships. The firm is a litigation and advisory practice with expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation, International Taxation, FEMA, Money Laundering and allied laws, Constitutional Law, Tenders and Contracts, and Animal Rights Law. This opportunity is designed for law students who wish to gain practical exposure in diverse areas of legal practice.
Eligibility

Students currently in the 4th year or above of a 5-year law course, or 2nd year or above of a 3-year law course

Strong academic foundation and keen interest in taxation, constitutional law, and commercial disputes

Preference for candidates able to commit for 3–6 months
Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and prepare briefs on complex legal issues

Assist in drafting, advisory, and litigation matters across the firm’s practice areas

Support the team in case preparation and client advisory work

Gain exposure to taxation, regulatory, and constitutional law disputes
