About the Role
We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team in Sector 43, Gurgaon. This role is best suited for professionals with prior experience in retail or sales hiring who are eager to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to retail/sales hiring.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee lifecycle management and maintain accurate HR records.
Execute HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Drive recruitment efforts specifically for sales and retail roles.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring needs efficiently.
