About the Role
Factum Law is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Chennai office. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse legal matters with exposure to complex cases and client interactions, contributing to the firm’s growing litigation and advisory practice.
Eligibility

Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.

3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage client matters independently while collaborating effectively with senior team members.
Roles and Responsibilities

Provide legal support and advisory services across a range of matters.

Draft, review, and manage legal documents and filings.

Conduct detailed legal research to support ongoing matters.

Participate in client meetings and assist in strategizing case approaches.
