About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated lawyers to join our Corporate Advisory team. The position offers exposure to a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, working with both domestic and international clients. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers looking to deepen their expertise in corporate law and advisory services.
Eligibility

Law degree: LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. / LL.M.

Associates: 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Senior Associates: 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate governance documents.

Assist in due diligence exercises and prepare detailed reports and memoranda.

Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Advise clients across diverse sectors on compliance and regulatory issues.
