AZB & Partners is inviting applications from experienced lawyers to join its Mumbai office. The firm is looking for professionals with strong expertise in corporate and financial legal practices.
Eligibility
-
4–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Prior experience in one or more of the following areas:

Corporate M&A transactions
-
Structured Finance and R&I practice
-
Financial Regulatory practice
-
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Advise and represent clients on complex corporate and financial transactions.

Draft, review, and negotiate high-value agreements and regulatory documents.

Support in structuring deals and providing strategic legal solutions.

Work closely with partners and senior team members across practice areas.
