Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in disputes practice.
- Strong foundation in litigation and arbitration.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage procedural timelines effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, submissions, and legal opinions.
- Assisting in court hearings, arbitrations, and client meetings.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing case strategies.
- Managing filings, timelines, and other procedural requirements.
