A leading Advocate-on-Record (AOR) office at the Supreme Court of India, based in Defence Colony, New Delhi, is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. The office primarily deals with litigation and arbitration matters, offering exposure to diverse, high-value cases and the opportunity to work directly with senior counsels.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Batch of 2023 or earlier may apply.
- Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills are essential.
- Junior batches and freshers are not eligible to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents, petitions, and pleadings for matters before the Supreme Court and other forums.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing case briefs.
- Assisting and briefing senior advocates in litigation and arbitration matters.
- Supporting the office in end-to-end case preparation and strategy discussions.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and credentials).
- Revision post completion of a 3-month probation period.
