Advocate Divyank Tyagi is a practicing counsel before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and various district courts. His practice spans across diverse areas including criminal, matrimonial, commercial, corporate law, money laundering, and tax evasion matters. This internship offers law students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in litigation, drafting, and legal research in a professional yet independent working environment.
Eligibility
- Students currently enrolled in a recognized law program in India.
- 4th or 5th year of a five-year integrated law course, OR
- 2nd or 3rd year of a three-year LL.B. course.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with good communication and drafting ability.
- Willingness to dedicate 6–7 hours per day, at least 5 days a week.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct copious reading, research, and writing on various aspects of criminal, matrimonial, commercial, and corporate law.
- Drafting and vetting pleadings, as well as preparing case briefs.
- Performing legal research and due diligence.
- Supporting legal compliance matters for clients and companies.
- Engaging in discussions and contributing to strategy building under professional guidance.
