About the Chambers
The Chambers of Chitranshul A. Sinha, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, primarily deals with commercial and insolvency litigation. The Chambers now has an online presence in line with BCI rules, making the application process easier for interested candidates.
Eligibility
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year course.
- Demonstrated interest in commercial law and insolvency litigation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
- Gain exposure to commercial disputes and insolvency proceedings.
- Work under the guidance of experienced counsel in high-value matters.
