About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Associate to join our team. This is a remote position offering a budget of up to ₹15 LPA. The role requires strong legal expertise with at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in corporate finance, contracts, or policy-related work.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of professional legal experience
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance
- Experience in corporate finance and policy advisory preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup
Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Provide legal support in matters relating to corporate finance and compliance
- Conduct legal research and prepare policy briefs or internal advisories
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal matters
