A top-tier law firm is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its Arbitration Practice in Hyderabad. The role involves handling arbitration and commercial dispute matters with exposure to strategic advisory, drafting, and mentorship responsibilities.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years PQE in Arbitration and Commercial Disputes
- BA LLB / LLB from a reputed law college
- Registered member of the Bar Council of India
- Strong drafting, research, case-law analysis, and cross-examination skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Arbitration matters end-to-end, including claims, counterclaims, pleadings, petitions, and arbitral award challenges
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients
- Assist in cross-examinations and brief senior counsels
- Collaborate with seniors, counsels, and paralegals for effective case management
- Handle Corporate & Commercial Disputes alongside Arbitration
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development
- Draft legal content, including write-ups, articles, and alerts
