About the Role
The David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights is inviting applications for a Work-Study position as a Research & Communications Assistant. This role offers law students the opportunity to contribute to the Centre’s mission of advancing constitutional rights through research, writing, and communications.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in the JD or LLM programs at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
- Prior website or communications experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and draft content for the Centre’s website and social media platforms (including case summaries and commentary).
- Attend Asper Centre events such as workshops and conferences, and prepare reports.
- Contribute substantive content to newsletters and publications.
