About the Role
Abdalla Alowais Advocates & Legal Consultants is inviting applications for the position of Legal Secretary. This role provides an opportunity to work with a reputed law firm in the UAE, supporting lawyers and senior professionals in delivering efficient legal services.

Eligibility                                                    

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Prior experience as a legal secretary or administrative professional in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and drafting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and client correspondence.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and the legal team.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings for the team.
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for legal records.
  • Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordination with courts, government departments, and external stakeholders as required.
