Jupitice is seeking a highly skilled and court-experienced lawyer to join its team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in both civil and criminal matters, with hands-on experience in litigation, research, and drafting.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 3–5 years of courtroom experience.
- Proven expertise in handling both civil and criminal matters.
- Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive laws.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Appear and represent clients in civil and criminal proceedings before courts.
- Develop and implement case strategies for effective representation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and judicial precedents.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case management.
