Eligibility
- Law graduates with strong academic records.
- Prior experience or demonstrated interest in corporate law will be an added advantage.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate advisory, structuring, and transaction-related matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Supporting due diligence exercises, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Engaging with clients and contributing to strategic problem-solving.
