Eligibility:
- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Qualified lawyer with demonstrated legal acumen in corporate and TMT matters.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on corporate and TMT-related transactions and compliance.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Conducting legal research and preparing opinions.
- Collaborating with senior team members on complex matters.
- Demonstrating ownership and initiative in client deliverables.
