About the Opportunity:
StellarStart Global is inviting applications for full-time remote internships in Intellectual Property Law. The internship offers hands-on experience in trademarks, copyrights, patents, and brand protection, working with startups, creators, and businesses across international markets including the US, UK, EU, and India. The role requires a minimum commitment of 6 months with working hours of 4–6 hours per day.
Eligibility:
- Prior internship experience in IP law
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Working laptop with stable internet connection
- Disciplined, reliable, and available for 4–6 hours daily
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on IP law and brand protection strategies across jurisdictions
- Assist in preparing trademark, copyright, and patent search reports, application drafts, and client deliverables
- Review and summarise relevant case law, legislation, and international IP frameworks
- Support cease-and-desist actions, takedown notices, and enforcement strategies
- Contribute to brand protection initiatives for clients in global markets
- Work within structured timelines in a remote-first environment
