The firm is inviting applications for two Associate positions to join its dynamic team at the Jangpura Extension office.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B., qualified to practice law in India.
- Experience:
- Position 1: Fresher.
- Position 2: 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in an IPR law firm.
- Sound knowledge of substantive and procedural IP laws.
- Strong command of English (oral and written).
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and committed to a long-term role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle prosecution and litigation matters independently in the field of intellectual property.
- Appear before various courts of India and assist in client management and interaction with senior counsels.
- Prosecute and file trademark, design, and copyright applications; respond to office actions; attend IP office hearings.
- Manage contentious proceedings such as oppositions and rectifications.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on IP matters.
Location
Jangpura Extension, New Delhi.
