Eligibility

LL.B. from a recognised university

0–2 years of experience, preferably in general corporate advisory

Strong interest and inclination to build a career in employment law

Good research, drafting, and communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in advising clients on employment and labour law matters

Conduct legal research and prepare advisory notes

Draft employment contracts, policies, and compliance documents

Support senior lawyers in litigation and dispute resolution related to employment matters
