The Moot Court Society of CPJ Institute of Management & Technology (CPJIMT), Delhi is hosting the Inter-College Moot Court Competition – LawTrek 2025. Known for its commitment to academic excellence and practical skill development, CPJIMT nurtures ethical leadership, critical thinking, and research-driven innovation.

About the Competition
LawTrek 2025 is a national-level moot court competition aimed at enhancing advocacy, research, and argumentation skills among undergraduate law students. The competition offers a platform for aspiring litigators to gain courtroom experience in a simulated environment and compete at a high level of legal discourse.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to undergraduate law students enrolled in LL.B. (3-year) or B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. (5-year) integrated courses

  • Each college/law school may nominate only one team

  • All participants must belong to institutions recognized by the Bar Council of India

Team Composition

  • Each team must comprise three members only:

    • Two speakers

    • One researcher

  • A Unique Team Code (UTC) will be assigned post-registration and must be used as the sole identifier during the competition. Teams must not disclose their college name/logo in any materials submitted.

How to Register

  2. Email the scanned copy of the completed form and payment screenshot to: moot.cpjimt@gmail.com

  3. Registration will be confirmed upon acknowledgement by the Organising Committee

  4. Team composition cannot be changed after registration, except under exceptional circumstances
