The position involves working closely with internal teams and the client to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support of compliance software solutions. Eligibility

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, or related fields

Prior exposure to compliance software or digital legal tools is preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle user training and real-time query resolution
Roles and Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support during and after software implementation

Act as a liaison between TeamLease Regtech and client stakeholders

Ensure 100% monthly legal and regulatory compliance

Train users on the compliance tool and address technical/legal queries

Conduct ongoing legal and compliance research to support operations
