Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is inviting applications for multiple positions across its New Delhi and Kolkata offices. The firm is looking for litigation-focused professionals with demonstrable experience in court practice, client handling, and specialised areas of law including IBC, Arbitration, and Corporate Law.

Open Positions

Associate (PQE 1–3 Years) – New Delhi & Kolkata
- Must be enrolled Advocates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in drafting and appearances before Courts and Tribunals
- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Arbitration laws
Senior Associate (PQE 5–7 Years) – New Delhi & Kolkata
- Should have substantial experience in handling matters before High Courts, District Courts, and Tribunals
- Strong command of procedural law, court practices, legal drafting (including Writs, SLPs, Appeals, Conveyancing, etc.)
- Required to be proficient in legal research, client meetings, and briefing senior counsel
- Prior hands-on experience in IBC, Arbitration, Corporate Law, and court appearances is essential
- Excellent command over English and computer literacy is a must
Principal Associate (PQE 10–15 Years) – New Delhi & Kolkata
- Should have a track record of independently handling high-stakes litigation in areas such as suits, writs, arbitration, mines and minerals, electricity, IPR, insurance, medical negligence, and property law
- Must be capable of advising clients, drafting petitions, and arguing matters before various forums
- Preference for candidates with deep specialisation and leadership ability in complex litigation
