Eligibility Criteria:
• Currently pursuing LL.B. or an equivalent law degree
• Demonstrated interest in financial law, dispute resolution, or corporate-commercial practice
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on corporate, financial, and regulatory matters
• Assist in drafting legal documents, agreements, and pleadings
• Support senior lawyers during client matters and internal strategy meetings
• Participate in legal discussions and brainstorming sessions
• Gain practical exposure to litigation, insolvency, and compliance processes
