A reputed law firm in New Delhi is urgently hiring a Senior Associate – Arbitration for a full-time, on-site position. This role offers an opportunity to lead high-stakes domestic and international arbitration matters while also contributing to commercial litigation, white-collar crimes, and service law.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings

Draft pleadings, statements of claim/defense, and post-hearing submissions

Develop case strategies and handle matters independently with minimal supervision

Manage client communication, expert coordination, and case preparation

Supervise junior associates and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work

Support the team on related matters in commercial litigation, white-collar crimes, and service law
Candidate Requirements

Law degree with 5–7 years of focused experience in arbitration

Strong knowledge of institutional arbitration rules (e.g., SIAC, ICC, LCIA)

Excellent skills in drafting, advocacy, and legal analysis

High level of professionalism, work ethic, and ability to manage complex disputes across various domains
