About the Role:
Chamber of Advocate Rajat Kumar Rana is hiring an Associate to join its litigation practice based at the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. The practice spans civil, criminal, commercial, and matrimonial litigation across various forums including the High Court of Delhi, district courts, and regulatory tribunals.
Eligibility:
-
Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 2–3 years in litigation

Strong litigation experience across forums such as the High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, RERA, and other tribunals
-
Willingness to undergo a 2-month probation period
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and petitions
-
Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis
-
Appear and represent clients before courts and tribunals
-
Coordinate with clients, court staff, and fellow advocates as part of ongoing matters
Key Skills:

Excellent command over written and spoken English
-
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
-
Strong research skills and an aptitude for detailed legal reading
