About the Role:
TINNUTS is hiring a General Corporate Legal Associate for its Goa office. This is an exciting opportunity for legal professionals with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
Eligibility:

1–2 years of PQE in general corporate legal work.

Mandatory prior experience at a law firm handling corporate advisory matters.

Practical experience in legal due diligence, M&A and VC transactions, and investment documentation.

Strong grasp of corporate and business law.

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and legal drafting skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition and investment-related documentation.

Conduct legal research and advise on a range of corporate and business law issues.

Support the legal team in managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Maintain and manage standard contract templates, legal trackers, and contract databases.
-
Advise key stakeholders on strategic legal and business matters.

Handle matters related to intellectual property, data privacy, anti-trust, and anti-money laundering.

Assist in operational, administrative, and special project initiatives as needed.
