About the Internship
Ashish Agrawal, a practicing Cyber Criminal Lawyer and Cyber Crime Investigator, is inviting applications for a remote, part-time Legal Research Internship focused on Cyber Law and Digital Rights. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in one of the most rapidly evolving areas of law.

Eligibility

  • Law students (from 3rd year onwards in 5-year courses or 2nd year onwards in 3-year courses)

  • Recent law graduates or young advocates

  • Should have a keen interest or foundational understanding of:

    • Cyber Law

    • The IT Act

    • Data Privacy

    • Digital Crimes

Duration

  • 8 to 12 weeks

  • Remote and part-time, allowing flexible participation

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on cyber law, landmark judgments, and policy developments

  • Draft blogs, articles, and legal awareness content

  • Analyze cybercrime trends and relevant case law

  • Assist in preparing case notes, study materials, and digital rights awareness campaigns
