Envision Next is looking to hire a Senior Legal Associate for its Kharghar, Navi Mumbai office. This is an exciting in-office opportunity for legal professionals with 2–4 years of experience, especially those with a strong interest in real estate law and RERA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents: Prepare, review, and finalize contracts and legal documents in accordance with RERA regulations

RERA Compliance & Scrutiny: Ensure end-to-end compliance with RERA guidelines for real estate projects, including project registration, updates, renewals, and maintaining accurate records

Client & Authority Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, facilitating timely filings and resolving compliance issues
