KD Law Offices is looking to onboard a committed and skilled Associate Advocate at its office in Defence Colony, New Delhi. The role offers hands-on exposure to litigation and commercial advisory work, beginning 1st July 2025.
Eligibility:

Post-qualification experience (PQE): 2 to 4 years

Must be able to independently manage court filings and handle hearings

Strong drafting and research skills

Prior experience in commercial law and strategic litigation planning preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft and vet commercial agreements and legal documents

Appear before courts and tribunals
-
Conduct in-depth legal research and briefing

Assist in strategic litigation planning

Handle court-related administrative tasks
