About the Organisers:
Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur is a National Law University established in 2018 by the State of Madhya Pradesh. Despite being one of the newer NLUs, DNLU has swiftly gained recognition for its academic rigour and focus on practical legal training. The Moot Court Committee (MCC) at DNLU plays a central role in cultivating a robust mooting culture. It organises internal eliminations, conducts workshops, and facilitates the university’s participation in prestigious moot competitions nationwide. The Committee is known for hosting well-structured and competitive moot court events that provide students with valuable courtroom and advocacy exposure.
About the Competition:
The India Juris – DNLU National Moot Court Competition 2025 is a flagship national-level event jointly organised by DNLU Jabalpur and India Juris, a prominent international law firm. The competition offers a rigorous platform for law students across the country to hone their legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills through simulated courtroom proceedings judged by esteemed legal professionals.
