About the Role:
IRIS Legal, led by professionals with backgrounds in top law firms and in-house roles, is looking to hire an Associate with 3–4 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law. The firm operates at the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on sectors such as Fintech, TMT, and emerging technologies.
Eligibility:

3 to 4 years of experience in contracts and corporate legal matters

Prior exposure to the Fintech sector will be a strong advantage

Solid drafting and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving practice
Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts

Advising clients on matters related to corporate governance, structuring, and regulatory compliance

Supporting due diligence, transaction structuring, and execution for corporate advisory work

Assisting in client communications and managing legal risks in commercial dealings
