About the Role:
The Office of Mr. Mayank Kshirsagar, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for the position of Associate. The practice is primarily litigation-focused and involves a diverse range of matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various Tribunals.
Eligibility:

Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): Minimum 1 to 3 years in litigation

Strong legal research and drafting skills

Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced litigation setting
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Associate will assist in handling a wide spectrum of legal matters with a primary focus on proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, alongside matters in other forums such as Tribunals and the Delhi High Court. Tasks will include legal research, drafting, briefing, and coordination of casework.

Remuneration:
