Eligibility:

2 to 10 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting

Sound knowledge of corporate laws and commercial transactions

Roles and Responsibilities:
The role will involve advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and a broad range of corporate advisory matters. Candidates will be responsible for legal due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation, documentation, and providing regulatory and compliance-related support.
