About the Opportunity
A reputed mid-sized IT security company in Ahmedabad, in association with Aaranya Consulting Inc., is seeking a Legal Executive to join its in-house legal team. This full-time role offers exposure to contract drafting, litigation coordination, and corporate compliance, ideal for candidates with a balanced interest in both transactional and procedural work.
Eligibility

Position: Legal Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Local candidates preferred)

Experience: Around 2 years in corporate legal and/or litigation

Qualification: LL.B. degree from a recognized university

Skills Required:

Strong contract drafting and communication skills

Prior court exposure and liaison experience

Familiarity with legal research tools and basic compliance support

Roles and Responsibilities
-
Drafting and reviewing basic contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service terms

Coordinating with courts and following up on litigation status
-
Liaising with external consultants and legal counsel
-
Supporting legal research, risk mitigation, and compliance documentation
Compensation: To be discussed during the interview
