An emerging startup law firm, in collaboration with Locus Talent Solutions, is inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate / Principal Associate at its Nariman Point office in Mumbai. Eligibility

Designation: Senior Associate / Principal Associate
Practice Area: General Corporate Advisory + Litigation (hybrid profile)
Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 5–8 years
Work Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing pre-litigation processes, including dispute resolution, legal strategy, and settlement negotiations
Advising clients on general corporate legal matters, compliance, and documentation
Engaging in drafting, reviewing, and vetting of legal documents, notices, and pleadings
Representing clients before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities where required
Coordinating with internal teams, external counsel, and clients on a regular basis
