Eligibility

Experience: 8 to 12 years in relevant legal roles
Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee all litigation matters, including labor law cases with Labour Commissioner and Labour Courts.

Manage Stock Exchange arbitration cases.

Handle Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and SEBI Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) cases.

Manage matters filed in consumer courts or before judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.

Address police cases, respond to enforcement authority notices and other official communications.

Attend police stations and file criminal complaints on behalf of the company when required.

Provide expert legal opinions on labor and critical matters or coordinate with external law firms for specialized advice.

Liaise and coordinate with external advocates and counsel as necessary.

Prepare monthly review reports, board agendas, and legal provisions.
