About NLUJAA
Established under the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam Act, 2009, NLUJAA is a premier legal education institution in Assam. The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court is its Chancellor. The university promotes modern legal education and research, attracting diverse students and faculty from across India, especially the North East.
About the Gurjeet Singh Memorial Moot Court Competition
This annual moot court honors the legacy of Late Prof. (Dr.) Gurjeet Singh, the founder of NLUJAA. It aims to memorialize his contribution to legal education through this national competition.
Eligibility

Open to students enrolled in undergraduate law courses at recognized colleges/universities across India.

Each institution can send only one team.

Teams must have 2 to 3 members.
