About the Internship:
Rubrik is currently seeking a Legal Intern who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As part of the legal team, you will contribute to a variety of projects spanning legal research, drafting, compliance, and internal coordination.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students in their pre-final year of BA LLB or BBA LLB programs.
- Prior interest or experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the legal team with legal research, drafting, and compliance tasks.
- Conduct research on legal issues and prepare comprehensive reports or documents.
- Draft, review, and redline NDAs and other commercial agreements as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide legal support across departments.
Internship Duration:
- 1 month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
