About the Internship:
Lit Law is hiring Applied Legal Research Interns for a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of legal intelligence this summer in Gurugram. If you’re curious, analytical, and interested in the intersection of law and technology, this internship is for you. Prior experience with Excel, Python, SQL, or published work in legal-tech or policy will be a significant advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Open to students currently in the 3rd year or higher of a 5-year integrated law program.
(ii) Must have strong research and analytical abilities.
(iii) Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
(iv) Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and research skills.
(v) Strong legal writing and communication skills are essential.

Intern Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research and contribute to drafting representations aimed at policy or legal reform.
(ii) Assist with legal research and analysis, prepare case summaries, and draft legal documents.
(iii) Provide meaningful input to ongoing projects while enhancing writing and analytical skills.
(iv) Participate in content creation and editing, focused on relevant legal issues.
(v) Collaborate with the legal team, offering research and administrative support.
(vi) Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements under expert supervision.

Duration:
Minimum 2-month internship
