About the Internship:
Begin your legal journey with Mehta & Dedhia Associates through a dynamic internship opportunity tailored for passionate law students. This program offers valuable, hands-on exposure to real estate litigation.
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Open to students currently in the 3rd year or higher of a 5-year integrated law program.
(ii) Must demonstrate strong research and analytical abilities.
(iii) Should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
(iv) Strong communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.
(v) Candidates should possess exceptional writing and research proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research and assist in drafting representations aimed at effecting legal changes.
(ii) Support the team through legal research, document drafting, and preparation of case summaries.
(iii) Make meaningful contributions to ongoing assignments while improving legal writing skills.
(iv) Assist in content creation and refinement, focusing on relevant legal matters.
(v) Work closely with the legal team on various projects, offering administrative and research support.
(vi) Aid in the drafting and review of legal agreements under the supervision of the legal team.
