About Gujarat National Law University’s SRDC ADR Magazine
The SRDC ADR Magazine, published triannually by Gujarat National Law University, is a student-run journal welcoming submissions from experts, professionals, academics, and students involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Since its launch in May 2020, this flagship publication features articles that adopt a comparative and interdisciplinary approach to examine recent developments, judicial decisions, and ADR practices in India and abroad.

The magazine follows a double-blind peer review process and collaborates regularly with ADR practitioners and experts who oversee the editorial work, ensuring scholarly rigor and integrity.

Call for Papers – Volume V, Issue III
GNLU SRDC ADR Magazine invites submissions from academicians, practitioners, and law students. Contributions are accepted on a rolling basis, but preference for publication in the upcoming issue will be given to submissions received by 8th June 2025.

Accepted submission types include:

Articles
Case comments
Legislative comments
Book reviews
All must pertain to alternative dispute resolution.

Submission & Formatting Guidelines

Co-authorship: Maximum of two authors allowed.
Word limit: 2000–2500 words (excluding citations).
Font and spacing:
- Body: Garamond, size 12, line spacing 1.5
- Footnotes: Garamond, size 10, line spacing 1
Citations: Must follow OSCOLA style (4th edition).
No hyperlinks permitted.
Manuscripts must be anonymized—no author names or affiliations in the text.

Cover Letter Requirements
Include the following details in the body of the submission email (with manuscript attached):

Contact details (address and mobile number)
Institution(s) Name and Address
Academic qualifications (year of study) or affiliations

Submit manuscripts in .doc or .docx format via email to: srdcadr@gnlu.ac.in
Email subject line must read: “Submission | Volume V Issue III”
Deadline for Volume V Issue III: 11:59 PM, 8th June 2025
Submissions received after this date will be considered for later issues.

Copyright and Editorial Policy

Submissions must be exclusive, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Copyrights of accepted work will be owned by SRDC.
Plagiarism will result in disqualification. Proper citation and acknowledgment are mandatory.
The editorial team reserves the right to reject or cease collaboration if academic integrity standards are violated.
