About Centre for Development of Intellectual Property and Research (CDIPR)
The CDIPR is India’s first non-governmental research organization dedicated to IPRs. Established under the Indian Centre for Child and Human Rights (ICCHR), it aims to promote and protect IPRs in India and contribute to the development of policies, research, and education in the field of intellectual property. Submission Guidelines

Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.
Language: All submissions must be in English.
Authorship: Up to two co-authors are allowed.
Formatting:
- Font: Times New Roman, size 14pt (headings), 13pt (subheadings), 12pt (body), 10pt (footnotes).
- Line Spacing: 1.5 for the main text; single for footnotes.
- Margins: 1-inch on all sides.
- Alignment: Justified.
Citation Style: Use OSCOLA (Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities) for referencing. Endnotes are not allowed.
Abstract: Each submission must include an abstract of up to 300 words summarizing the core arguments and significance of the paper.

Categories of Submissions

Research Articles: Comprehensive analyses or critical studies on IP-related topics (4,500–6,000 words).
Case Commentaries: Examination of landmark cases or recent legal decisions (2,500–4,000 words).
Policy Papers: Analysis of legislative reforms or policy initiatives with practical recommendations (3,000–5,000 words).
Book Reviews: Critical evaluations of recent publications in the field (1,500–2,500 words).
