About the Job
Sigma Inc. is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support contract drafting, compliance, and documentation within the construction and U.S. real estate sectors.

Eligibility

  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Registered lawyers with relevant experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (3-year or 5-year in-person program)
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
  • Previous experience in legal or administrative roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools

Responsibilities

  • Drafting legal pleadings and representing clients in court
  • Drafting and reviewing legal agreements and advising clients on a wide range of legal issues
  • Focus on Civil and Commercial law
  • Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements, share purchase agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts
  • Handling day-to-day legal tasks such as legal research, attending court proceedings, and providing legal advice
