About the Job
Equicorp Associates is seeking to hire three Associates/Senior Associates for their Delhi office in two practice areas:
1. Litigation Associate

PQE: 4+ Years

Number of Seats: 2

Key Responsibilities:
-
Advise clients on dispute resolution matters.

Draft legal documents including notices, suits, petitions, appeals, and applications for civil and commercial disputes.

Represent and appear before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies.

Strong analytical and drafting skills are required.

2. Corporate & Commercial Law Associate

PQE: 2+ Years
-
Number of Seats: 1
-
Key Responsibilities:
-
Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts (MOUs, joint ventures, non-disclosure agreements, IP rights, etc.).

Conduct due diligence, draft legal opinions on commercial matters.

Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and Contract Act, 1872.
-
Strong analytical and drafting skills.

Eligibility Criteria
-
Qualification: Law degree and registered with the Bar Council of India.
-
Candidates should not be planning to continue or have independent legal practice.
