Position: Senior Associate (Corporate M&A, PE/VC Transactions)
Location: Mumbai
Eligibility

3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate transactional law, focusing on M&A and PE/VC matters

Strong legal acumen with excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
-
Ability to take ownership of work and deliver results under tight deadlines

Good communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate legal concepts

Knowledge of recent developments in corporate and securities law

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
Responsibilities

Full ownership of transactional work, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and adherence to deadlines

Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and commercial contracts

Lead legal due diligence processes, identify key issues, and provide strategic advice
-
Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth deal closures
-
Stay updated on recent developments in corporate law and incorporate best practices into work
-
Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction strategies
