Eligibility Criteria

Legal Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds may also apply).
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in LAP (Loan Against Property) is mandatory.
- Local candidates and those available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drafting legal pleadings and appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
Drafting and vetting agreements; providing legal opinions to clients.
Practicing primarily in civil and commercial laws.
Court appearances before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and other judicial/quasi-judicial fora.
Providing end-to-end legal support: case discussions, legal research, drafting, client advice, and litigation strategy.
