About the Project:
Atmiyata is a low-cost, high-impact, sustainable, and scalable intervention designed to complement the public mental health system. Its goal is to reduce the mental health and social care gap. Atmiyata is currently implemented in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.
About the Opportunity:
The Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy is seeking a dynamic Project Manager & Research Coordinator to join the Atmiyata team and support the on-ground implementation and scale-up of this community mental health initiative.
Eligibility Criteria:

Master’s degree in social science, public health, or allied fields.

2 – 4 years of field experience.

Willingness to travel extensively to field locations.

Strong communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams.
-
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at the block, district, and state levels.

Proficient in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
