Established in 1989, the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia has become one of the leading institutions for legal education in India. Over the years, it has progressed through course restructuring, innovative teaching methods, and a strong focus on clinical legal education. The faculty offers a variety of programs, including the five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and a two-year LL.M. with specializations in Personal Laws, Corporate Laws, and Criminal Laws, along with a Ph.D. in Law.
About the Legal Research Committee, Jamia Millia Islamia
The Legal Research Committee is a student-driven initiative aimed at fostering a strong research culture among law students. It offers students opportunities to explore contemporary legal issues through research, writing, and open discussion. The Committee organizes workshops, paper presentations, interactive sessions, and competitions to help students develop their research and analytical skills.

Format: Only .doc/.docx submissions are accepted.

No Co-Authorship: Submissions must be by a single author.

Original and Unpublished Manuscripts: Submissions must not be under consideration elsewhere.

Font: Times New Roman, Size 12 (Body), Size 14 (Headings & Sub-headings).
