About the Job

TruLex is seeking a Legal & Compliance Executive to join its MNC client in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in managing legal compliance programs, conducting internal audits, and effectively utilizing compliance tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 3–4 years in a compliance or legal role.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of compliance tools, internal auditing procedures, and legal frameworks.
Skills: Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Location: Candidates must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
Immediate Availability: Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Program Management: Oversee the legal compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to identify compliance gaps and ensure adherence to compliance procedures.
Reporting: Prepare detailed and accurate reports on audit findings and compliance assessments.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
Employee Education: Educate and train employees on compliance regulations, legal frameworks, and best industry practices.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve the compliance framework.
Regulatory Updates: Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance.
